Privacy Policy
Estalio Consulting Inc. ("we", "us") operates this website and the software products published under our name. This policy explains what data we collect, what we do with it, and who else sees it. If anything is unclear, email privacy [at] estalio.com.
What we collect
When you use our products, we collect data you give us:
- Your email address, when you sign in.
- Profile information you fill in (name, company, contact details, profile photo and logo).
- The content you create inside the product.
- Payment metadata, when you subscribe. We use Stripe; we never see your card number.
We also collect a small amount of data automatically:
- A session cookie so you stay signed in.
- Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, error codes) retained for 14 days.
We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or session replay tools.
What we don’t collect
- No location data.
- No contacts, photos, or device identifiers beyond what authentication requires.
- No advertising identifiers.
- No third-party tracking.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To save and serve the content you create in the product.
- To bill subscriptions.
- To respond to email.
- To investigate abuse or security incidents.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not share it with advertisers.
Who else sees it
Three vendors process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — stores your account, profile, and product content.
- Stripe — handles payment processing.
- Vercel — hosts the application code.
Each is bound by its own privacy commitments and Data Processing Agreements with us.
How long we keep it
- Active accounts: as long as you use the service.
- Cancelled subscriptions: 30 days, then deleted unless you ask us to keep it.
- Account deletion on request: completed within 30 days, except records we’re legally required to keep (e.g. payment receipts for tax purposes).
- Server logs: 14 days, then rotated.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Export your product content.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your account and data.

If you’re in the EU/UK, GDPR gives you additional rights including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you’re in California, CCPA gives you additional rights including the right to know what we collect and the right to delete it. Same address handles all of these.
Children
Our products are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects your data, we’ll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above.
