Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Estalio Consulting website (estalio.com) and the software products we operate. By using the website or any of our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Estalio Consulting Inc. is a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. We operate this website and provide software products and consulting services.

2. Use of the website

You may read, link to, and reference content on this site freely. You may not crawl it at a rate that degrades performance for other visitors, scrape it for the purpose of training AI models, or copy substantial sections without attribution.

3. Software products

If you sign in to one of our software products, you create an account governed by these terms and by the additional terms presented at signup (subscription terms, payment terms, acceptable use). Don’t use the products to do anything illegal, to abuse other users, or to attempt to break the service.

4. Your content

You own the content you create inside our products. We host and process it on your behalf, and we don’t use it for any purpose other than operating the service. See the privacy policy for the details.

5. Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don’t prorate refunds for partial periods. If we change pricing, existing subscribers keep their current rate for the duration of their agreement.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, in which case we’ll tell you why.

7. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the website and products on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep things working but make no warranty that they will. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estalio Consulting Inc.’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we’ll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
